3 flexible options
The 1827 House is renovated to allow maximum flexibility.
Downstairs Option: The first floor unit was originally the general store and now renovated into a modern two bedroom with a large gathering area, full kitchen and laundry.
Upstairs Option: The second floor is joined but can have a separate access with a master bedroom and small adjoining bedroom. A fully kitchen and laundry and a deck to enjoy the outside with a view of Mount Snow.
The third floor is a loft where you will find Two queen beds and a full size futon, a seating area and a bathroom with shower. (included with Upstairs)
Whole house option: Both units are yours to enjoy!
First Floor King
The art gallery was transformed into a large bedroom with high ceilings. Down the hall close by is a half bath.
The first floor also has a smaller bedroom with a full size bed.
The Loft
The spacious loft is accessed via spiral stairs and includes two queen beds and a full size futon. There is a sitting area and bathroom with a corner shower.
Wonderful views with the binoculars.
Second Floor Queen
The front queen room is sure to charm you with the architecture windows with a view over the Farm Road Estate land and Mt Snow in the distance.
There is a side bedroom with a twin size bed and large closet.
Upstairs Living
Comfortable seating with a remote controlled gas fire place and TV.
Dining area and access to the rear outside deck.
Full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Full kitchen and laundry.
The Great Room
Large open room with decorative tin ceilings. Several seating areas including an electric fireplace and a custom hutch with Frame TV for your art and viewing pleasures.
Back Deck
Relax on the back deck with the morning Summer sun and the afternoon shade.
Downstairs
The Great Room was once the general store and post office. The bedrooms were once an old barn that was added on and later an art gallery.
Second Floor Victorian
The flair of an old victorian with a second fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.
The Loft
Two queen beds and full size futon add to the sleeping areas as well as another bathroom. Access is via a spiral staircase.
