There are washer and dryer combinations in each unit. 

The upstairs has a smaller apartment size washer/dryer so please so not overload the laundry. The dryer is also ventless hooked up with a drain so the tank does not need to be emptied. It takes longer to dry and may feel a little damp when complete but that is normal. You should notice that items are dry once removed but feel damp in the dryer.

The downstairs unit is a new large capacity washer/dryer. If you are renting the whole house (both units) we recommend using this washer/dryer instead of upstairs. 

• Downstairs detergent and softener is loaded and is auto dispensing. Just select your cycle and start.
• Please do not bleach clothes.
• Please clean the lint screen after each use.
   

See the video if you are noticing an issue with the wash. We have used this several times to remove coins that were left in pockets during a wash.
