Downstairs
Great coffee without the mess! The Latte-Go more than fits that bill and we hope you enjoy it. We provide coffee roasted locally in VT or from our good veteran friends in CT (Absolute Bearing Coffee).
You are welcome to use your own beans.
When the machine warms up and shuts down a small amount of water will be flushed.
Load the beans in the hopper, select and enjoy. Unused cream can be stored in the fridge. There is a bypass chute at the front of the hopper (the smaller lid). It is for pre-ground coffee. Please ensure no beans are placed in the bypass. It is taped to help prevent mistaking the chute for the hopper.
There is also a Keurig combo machine for singles or a pot of coffee.
Upstairs
A Brim manual espresso machine is available for use as well as a drip coffee pot.
There is a Burr Grinder for the beans.
There are multiple baskets to use for the Brim. If you are not used to making espresso's use the loaded double basket to aid in pressure control. Pressurized ones have less holes.
Tea Kettle: There is a tea kettle in both kitchens and a variety of teas available for your enjoyment.
